Extra Virgin Olive Oils

 

Arbequina (California) Green Apple, hints of Almond and a long slight pepper finish.

Ascalano (California) Fruity and complex flavor. Aroma and flavor reminiscent of Artichokes.                        

Castile (Spain) Very robust. A blend of three Spanish olive oils, Hojiblanca, Picual and Arbequina

Coratina/Marcinase (Italy) When most people think of a green, Italian olive oil they think of the flavor profile of the Coratina. An early-harvest oil that has that amazing green olive aroma and peppery finish. Really puts an exclamation mark on recipes, especially simple ones, like Tomato and Mozzarella, Bruschetta or grilled vegetables.

Costa del Sol Picual (Spain) This extraordinary example of the King of Spanish cultivars is both powerful and balanced. This Picual was harvested from the Spanish region known as Malaga. It has a powerful nose, sweet on the front end with a great pepper finish.

Frantoio (Chile) This is an estate grown, gold medal winning olive oil. It has a high poly count and is delicious paired with any of our balsamic vinegars. Can be used in any recipe.

Hojiblanca (Australia) A perfect combination of bold, rich fruity flavored oil, which has sweet tones as well as a slight pepper finish. Coming from the most prized olive oil mill in Australia, it is a gold medal winner. Notes: Ripe fruity aroma with a strong presence of grass and apple. Slight peppery aftertaste with hints of almond.

Koroneiki (Greece) This is an ultra reserve Greek varietal olive oil. It is an extremely well-balanced oil with an aroma of grass, green banana skin and believe it or not, flowers. It is a robust oil with a significantly long shelf life. Low acidity.

La Trinadad (Spain) The holy trinity of Spanish artisan blends. This is a very complex, aromatic, versatile medium intensity olive oil. A great all purpose oil with a beautiful, sweet, grassy fresh olive taste and a big pepper finish.

Leccino (Italy) Very versatile great tasting Italian olive oil. Can be used in just about any recipe. Light enough to use on salads and fish.

Mission (California) Light and buttery, this oil is flexible enough to use for all of your dishes, from salads to desserts. Bred by early California missionaries, this olive produces an extra virgin olive oil that is simply divine. You will discover that its buttery quality enhances the flavor of most any dish.

Organic Chetoui (Tunisia) This mid harvest oil is very sweet and well balanced. It is certified organic and made from Sahlee olives., picked at their peak and pressed within hours. Outstanding fruit flavor and an incredible finish. Often referred to as the Chardonnay of olive oils.

Picual (Australia) This Australian extra virgin olive oil is very robust with huge fruit flavor. Just a small amount of bitterness with a bit of pepper. Use for cooking, finishing, dipping and salads.

Picholine (France) This extremely fresh artisan oil is as fine an example of the Picholine variety as you will find anywhere. It represents the very first oil produced from very young trees. The oil is bright and complex. It builds to an impressive crescendo and will not disappoint the most knowledgeable olive oil savants.

Sweet Barnea (Australia) This oil has a distinct green aroma and bold finish. It compliments rather than competes with the natural flavors in your food. Ideal for pastas and dressings, as well as for baking. Works well with all of our balsamic vinegars.

Flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oils

 

Basil (Tunisia) This oil has the sweet herbal flavor of fresh Basil and a mild buttery Olive Oil taste. Subtle, but full of Basil flavor it is great for pasta dishes, works well as a finishing oil and all-around cooking. Pairs well with our Tangerine Balsamic and White Peach Balsamic.

Blood Orange (Tunisia) Our Blood Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made by pressing whole fruit and olives together simultaneously creating a beautiful harmony that will not deteriorate the flavor profile of the oil. A light and refreshing oil that can be used on just about anything, salad, chicken, fish, Shrimp and scallops. Pairs well with our balsamic vinegars for a refreshing vinaigrette.

Butter (Tunisia) Our creamy, smooth, sweet extra virgin olive oil is redolent with the rich flavor of butter. Use as a butter substitute or anywhere you might use melted butter including over hot popcorn, with seafood i.e., crab or shrimp, to dip bread in, over pasta, mashed potatoes, in baking or with rice. Try using to make your grilled cheese or scrambled eggs. 

Chipotle (Tunisia) The flavor of fire roasted Jalapenos and traditional Mexican spice blend, come together to create this wonderful flavored olive oil. Sweet and smoky with just the right amount of heat. Chipotle peppers are more known for their smokiness than being hot, and this oil reflects that style superbly. Notes: Great on steak fajitas, skirt steaks, salsas, grilled chicken or drizzled into chili, soups and stews. 

Cilantro and Roasted Onion (California) Made with the perfectly blended flavors of Roasted Cippolini onions and Cilantro. Wonderful for sautéed vegetables. Great as a marinade for meat, fish and poultry. Pairs well with our Balsamic vinegar.

Garlic (California) This delicious oil actually gives off the flavor of slow roasted Garlic. Since garlic and olive oil are almost always used together in Mediterranean cooking you can use this in just about anything. Notes: Great with pasta, mashed  potatoes, meat or poultry, or just to dip bread in.

Harissa (Hot) Just as the name states, this oil is “hot” and made from hot Italian peppers and extra virgin olive oil. Can be used on any type of meat or dish you would use hot peppers or red pepper flakes in.

Herbs de Provence  With top notes of savory, thyme and bay leaf, our all natural Herbs de Provence extra virgin olive oil is a show stopper when drizzled over grilled chicken, rubbed on turkey before roasting, for bread dipping, in aioli. Try paired with our aged tangerine balsamic for bread dipping or blended as a vinaigrette.

Meyer Lemon (Tunisia) Our Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made by pressing whole Eureka Lemons and olives together simultaneously creating a beautiful harmony that will not deteriorate the flavor profile of the oil. A light and refreshing lemon that can be used on just about anything, pasta, salad, chicken, fish, Shrimp and scallops.

Persian Lime (Tunisia) Sweet Persian Limes and late harvest Tunisian Chemlali olives are crushed together and cold pressed to create a fusion of flavors. Wonderful citrus flavor and a sweet but subtle flavor that will make fish, fowl and salads taste unique. Perfect for a Mexican or Tropical flare.

Tuscan Herb (Italy) Our fruity Italian extra virgin olive oil is masterfully paired with the vibrant flavor of Tuscan herbs which include basil, rosemary, marjoram, garlic and flat leaf parsley. Exquisite as a stand alone dipping oil, in marinades or incorporated into your favorite Italian vinaigrette.

Specialty Oils

 

Grape Seed Oil (Italy) Our grape seed oil is clean and light with no aftertaste. Used for its’ high heat and stability, our grape seed oil has superior durability as well as a smoke point of 475 degrees.

Porcini Oil (Italy) Deep, earthy flavor with a big mushroom aroma. Made in Italy by a small producer and is not made with any extracts. This oil is delicious on mashed potatoes, pasta, omelets, or sauteed vegetables.

Japanese Roasted Sesame Oil (Japan) Strong sesame aroma and flavor. Great in stir fry dishes and in Chinese, Japanese, Thai or other Asian dishes. Try with our White Balsamic vinegar and any neutral oil for a delicious salad dressing.

Roasted Walnut Oil  Wonderful toasty flavor. Very nice on salads and in baking Use instead of butter or shortening when baking cookies or breads.

White Truffle Oil (Italy) Italy's finest white truffle oil. Very strong, aromatic truffle oil. Great for finishing dishes such as pasta, rice, potatoes, meat and vegetables. Remember, a little goes a long way. Try it on popcorn or in eggs!

Balsamic Vinegars (Italy)

 

18 year old Traditional Balsamic Our finest balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy. Produced in the traditional Modena style and aged at least 18 years in Oak barrels. Very diverse; thick and potent enough to be dripped onto a dish as a condiment and also balanced enough so it will pair well with one of our olive oils in a salad dressing.

Blackberry Ginger Balsamic This complex aged balsamic vinegar is naturally flavored with the gentle heat of spicy ginger and kissed with ripe sweet Marion blackberries, which makes it very rich and versatile. Combine with a drizzle of olive oil to enhance your favorite salad. Reduce in a saucepan with a splash of wine for a rich finishing sauce to accompany succulent roasted pork or poultry. Great over pancakes or ice cream. Gently combine with ripe, juicy strawberries. Pair with our Roasted Walnut Oil for an out of this world combination.

Black Cherry Balsamic Enjoy the upfront flavor of black cherries with sweet balsamic vinegar. Use as a condiment (on grilled vegetables, pastas, risotto) on roasted meats (pork, lamb) grilled salmon, in marinades, to enhance sauces, and for desserts. Goes great with our Ascalano oil.

Blueberry Balsamic Sweet and delicious blueberry flavor. Pairs well with our Mission olive oil for maximum blueberry flavor. Very tasty and uniquely paired with our Blood Orange, Persian Lime and Meyer Lemon olive oils. Try it drizzled over fresh fruit, warmed with blueberries over ice cream. Also great drizzled over Bleu, Feta and Goat cheeses.

Champagne Balsamic Try our latest creation, French Champagne Vinegar paired masterfully with our balsamic Vinegar from Modena, Italy. Clean and crisp with just the right acidity, this vinegar marries the best of the Mediterranean. Fantastic for use in vinaigrettes, marinades, or rich pan sauces.

Cinnamon Pear Balsamic This vinegar is warm, sweet and spicy with hints of ripe D'anjou pear. Wonderful as a glaze for ham, with seared duck breast, in dressings or as a dessert sauce for ice cream. Best paired with one of our sweeter, fruity oils for a delicious marinade or salad dressing. Try with our Picholine olive oil.

Coconut White Balsamic Our Coconut White Balsamic is truly unique. we have infused our wonderfully sweet, yet tart, white balsamic vinegar with fantastic coconut flavors. This makes a great salad dressing when paired with our Persian Lime, Blood Orange or Cilantro and Roasted Onion Olive Oils. Also great for marinades. Try mixing a little coconut with pineapple white and adding some Persian Lime EVOO. Very tropical.

Cranberry Pear White Balsamic This vinegar is clean, crisp and tart and boasts a lovely deep rose blush. It has an amazingly fruity, complex bouquet that shines in a multitude of culinary applications. Please use to dress fruit salad, with gelatin for a gorgeous fruit aspic, in dressings, marinades, a glaze for poultry or in a mixed drink. This flavor pairs particularly well with our Blood Orange olive oil.

Dark Chocolate Balsamic Rich, dark chocolately balsamic. Not too sweet, a wonderful chocolate aroma and flavor. Pairs well with one of our lighter olive oils or try with the Blood Orange.

Dark Espresso Balsamic Our new aged balsamic is amazingly complex with layers of authentic espresso and dark roasted coffee. It makes a fantastic glaze or BBQ base for pork, beef or chicken and is exquisite used in an “affogato float”, which calls for one part espresso balsamic to four parts vanilla bean gelato or ice cream. Try with our Blood Orange Olive Oil.

Fig Balsamic Rich, dark balsamic vinegar has a full fig flavor. Outstanding as a marinade, or for salad dressings. Pairs well with our blood orange olive oil for a vinaigrette.

Grapefruit White Balsamic Our grapefruit white balsamic sparkles with crisp, clean citrus flavor. Try this amazing balsamic in dressings, paired with fennel, splashed over a fruit salad. Makes a gorgeous white balsamic grapefruit sorbet.

Honey Ginger White Balsamic Honey and ginger plays well together and bring a gentle, spicy heat which balances perfectly with the moderate, natural acidity of our white balsamic vinegar. This vinegar is superlative when paired with our Persian Lime Olive Oil and positively shines with our Roasted Sesame Oil. A simple yet amazing marinade recipe includes our Honey Ginger White Balsamic, Roasted Sesame Oil, Garlic Olive Oil and Soy Sauce.

Jalapeno White Balsamic Definitely some heat in this vinegar. Smells just like a jalapeno. Use your imagination and try a splash in a salsa or black bean salad.

Oregano White Balsamic This is a sharp white balsamic vinegar, infused with the exquisite flavor of Oregano, to produce a classic Mediterranean flavor.

Organic Balsamic Sweet and Sour Balsamic. Pairs well with any of our extra virgin olive oils.

Pumpkin Pie Spiced White Balsamic Delicate nutmeg, allspice and cinnamon perfume this festive white balsamic. Try with our Roasted Walnut Oil or Butter EVOO.

Ripe Summer Peach White Balsamic Unbelievably delicious peach flavor. Made with White Trebbiano Grapes, our White Peach Balsamic is a crisp vinegar with a touch of sweetness. Great paired with our Lemon olive oil or Ascalano EVOO. Also great on fish, chicken and mixed greens.

Pineapple White Balsamic Used primarily as a salad vinegar, this vinegar may be used for cooking and grilling as well. Try mixing with soy sauce to use for basting chicken or shrimp. Great pineapple flavor.  Also tasty paired with our Blood Orange olive oil.

Pomegranate Balsamic Indigenous to the warm climates of the Mediterranean and Middle East, the intense sweet-tart flavor of the pomegranate is a perfect match for hearty meats like lamb and duck. Use alone or whisked together with your favorite oil over a mixed green salad with pomegranate seeds, toasted nuts and/or feta cheese. Adds depth to any of your favorite pan sauces, braised meats or compotes. Drizzle over poached fruit or ice cream.

Raspberry Balsamic Exquisite balsamic blend with a fresh, fruit flavor that is both sweet and somewhat tart. Add a splash of freshness to salads and vegetables. Drizzle over fruit or ice cream

Red Apple Balsamic This red apple has an exciting aroma and a delicate, sweet apple flavor. It is made by blending apple cider with concentrated apple must and carefully aging the mixture in wood until it attains maximum flavor. It adds a refreshing lift to salads, sauces, chutneys and vegetables.

Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Great lemon flavor. Try drizzled over roasted asparagus or sprinkle on thin slices of melon wrapped with prosciutto. Also great in a salad dressing paired with one of our olive oils, especially Tuscan Herb or Garlic.

Strawberry Balsamic This is a wonderful sweet-tart vinegar with a big, bold strawberry flavor and aroma. Perfect for vinaigrettes and sauces. Drizzle over fresh fruit, reduce and serve over ice cream, marinate fresh strawberries. Add to marinades. Also wonderful on salads. Try with a Spinach Salad. Pairs well with our Persian Lime olive oil.

Tangerine Balsamic Huge tangerine flavor and aroma. Very popular in salads and vinaigrettes. Delicious drizzled over ice cream. Try with our Blood Orange Olive Oil. Also try with our Basil or Chipotle oils.

Vanilla Balsamic This is a sweet, dark Balsamic Vinegar, complemented with the flavor of Vanilla. You can pair Vanilla Balsamic Vinegar with any unflavored EVOO to make interesting salad vinaigrette. The lighter oils will allow the maximum flavor to come through, while something like Ascalano, Arbequina or Castile will result in a unique flavor combination.  Also goes great with the Blood Orange.

White Balsamic Our finest golden balsamic vinegar has the perfect balance between sweet and tart. Great on salads, or drizzle on fish before baking or broiling.

Wine Vinegars

 

Champagne Wine Vinegar (France) Excellent in salad dressings and for deglazing. Pairs well with white truffle oil for a delightful salad dressing.   

Red Wine Vinegar (Italy) One-year barrel aged produced in Northern Italy, Pairs well with fruitful Spanish, Greek and Italian extra virgin olive oils.

Sherry Wine Vinegar (Spain) Spanish Reserve Sherry vinegar aged 25 years with a deep and intense flavor. Great used for a reduction sauce or any other dish that calls for Sherry vinegar.
